If you wish to edit your order after you have already received an order confirmation email please get in touch with us at hello@harmony.garden as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet we would be happy to ammend it.

Each order comes with our signature gift packaging.
If you wish to include a special message with your order please fill out the ADD MESSAGE  section during checkout. Please make sure to include your name as well as that of the recipient. We make sure not to include a receipt for gift orders.

If you can it is best to store your jewellery pieces in their original packaging.
Make sure to store pieces separately to avoid scratches.

To make sure your jewellery stays shiny for as long as possible avoid wearing gold-plated items while swimming, exercising and sleeping and keep away from chemicals, perfumes and lotions.

Silver may naturally tarnish over time. To remove any tarnish from your jewellery gently polish it with a soft cloth. Avoid using any chemicals or cleaning products.

We normally require 14-20 working days for made to order requests.
